Roster Verification

JPOL Team Rosters
Unlimited players and coaches for ALL JPH EVENTS
Players may play up two (2) age divisions
Players may play for more than one age division on any date/weekend provided they are verified on each age division’s Team Roster
Players may not play on more than one team in the same event/age division
Club Affiliation IS required for Elite, R5, R6, & U14
Club Affiliation is NOT required for R1-4, R7, & R8
College players are NOT eligible to participate
Boys are permitted to participate based on approval from other participating clubs, JPH Boys Participation Policy
All clubs, participants & coaches must be USA FH members in good standing for the entire duration of their event

Team Roster Verification Deadline
Team Rosters are due on the SUNDAY PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST COMPETITION DATE at 11:45pm via USA FH online roster verification system.

No additions or changes are permitted to Team Rosters past the roster verification deadlines for the duration of the season. Should any changes be necessary beyond the deadline, a $50 late fee will be charged prior to processing the request.

Match Lineups
18 player and 2 coach maximum per match
Players & staff can be selected from your verified Team Roster (see above)
Match Lineups must be submitted via AltiusRT by 12noon the Friday preceding each competition date
Match Lineups may be adjusted up to 1 hour prior to match time
Failure to enter match lineups by Friday at 12noon will result in no individual goal stats kept for your players.
