All Junior Premier Hockey events are USA FH sanctioned. We host a series of indoor leagues throughout the winter season. The Junior Premier Indoor League (JPIL) Elite U16 & U19 divisions are our most competitive events and are invitation only. If your club is interested in either of these events, Contact Us for registration status. Event details are outlined below.

JPH COMMITMENT OF COMPETITION
I understand that in submitting my club’s registration to any JPH event I am agreeing, on behalf of my club, that we are committed to compete on all stated competition dates; will abide by all the requirements of the current season’s JPH Rules & Regulations, associated Appendices, and Code of Conduct; and that our club, participants and coaches are all USA FH members in good standing for the duration of their event.
JPIL ELITE U16/U19
Registration only confirms your club’s interest in the event. If registration exceeds the maximum number of clubs allowed, selection will be made in accordance with our Invitation Criteria. Clubs selected will be notified within one week after the close of registration.

Cost Elite U16 & U19 Divisions – $2,700 per team
Deposit – $200 non-refundable deposit required

*Registrations not paid in full by the stated deadline may be subject to automatic withdraw and forfeit of non-refundable deposit
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be granted after registration deadlines
A full refund will be given to any club not selected
Should unforeseen circumstances require JPH to cancel an event, all clubs will receive a prorated refund per cancelled competition date, less $100 admin fee.

FORMAT
U16 & U19 age divisions

International league format
Registration limited to one (1) team per club, per division
12 club maximum per age division
All matches are 40-min (4 periods of 10-min)
Six (6) competition dates
Round-robin format with a crossover Championship
13 matches guaranteed based on maximum participation
Top performing clubs will receive automatic invitations to next year’s event

JPIL ELITE U16/U19 & JPIL U14 DIVISION
Registration confirms your club’s interest in the event. Clubs will be selected based on registrations received by the entry deadline and in accordance with the Invitation Criteria outlined below. Clubs will be notified of acceptance confirmation within one week after the close of registration.
IMPORTANT: Selection priority will be given to clubs that participated in any of last year’s JPH events; did not forfeit any matches or withdrawl from competition; or receive notification for refusing to follow the Rules & Regulations and/or a breach of Code of Conduct.
1. TOP EIGHT (8) U19 CLUBS FROM THE 2024 JPIL ELITE (1ST – 8TH PLACE);
These top clubs will receive automatic entry for the 2025 JPIL Elite U19 granted they did not forfeit any of their matches and register by the stated deadline.
2. TOP EIGHT (8) U16 CLUBS FROM THE 2024 JPIL ELITE (1ST – 8TH PLACE);
These top clubs will receive automatic entry for the 2025 JPIL Elite U16 granted they did not forfeit any of their matches and register by the stated deadline. The top two (2) clubs will also have the option to accept a spot in a higher age group (one age division up), granted they have not already qualified and register by the stated deadline.
3. SPECIAL INVITATION TO 2025 JPIL ELITE;
To fill any remaining spots, the JPH Directors will identify and invite additional clubs to participate via special invitation.

TEAM ROSTER VERIFICATION DEADLINES
Team Rosters are due on the SUNDAY PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST COMPETITION DATE at 11:45pm via USA FH online roster verification system.
No additions or changes are permitted to Team Rosters past the roster verification deadlines for the duration of the season. Should any changes be necessary beyond the deadline, a $50 late fee will be charged prior to processing the request.
TEAM ROSTERS
Unlimited players and coaches for all JPH events
Players may play up two (2) age divisions
Players may play for more than one age division on any date/weekend provided they are verified on each age division’s Team Roster
Players may not play on more than one team in the same event/age division
Club affiliation is NOT required
College players are NOT eligible to participate
Boys are permitted to participate based on approval from other participating clubs, JPH Boys Participation Policy
All clubs, participants & coaches must be USA FH members in good standing for the duration of their event
MATCH LINEUPS
12 player and 2 coach maximum per match
Players & staff must be selected from your verified Team Roster (see above)
Match Lineups must be submitted via AltiusRT by 12noon the Friday preceding each competition date
Match Lineups may be adjusted up to 1 hour prior to match time
Failure to enter match lineups by Friday at 12noon will result in no individual goal stats kept for your players
