JPH COMMITTMENT OF COMPETITION
I understand that in submitting registration to JPH events I am agreeing, on behalf of my club, that we are committed to compete on all stated competition dates; will abide by all the requirements of the current season’s JPH Rules & Regulations, associated Appendices, Covid Policies and Code of Conduct; and that our club, participants and coaches are all USA FH members in good standing for the duration of their event.

U19 Elite
Registration is by invitation only as outlined in our Invitation Criteria. Clubs will be notified of their invitation via email prior to the opening of registration.
Cost – $2500 per team, $200 non-refundable deposit required

Region 1-4
Registrations are first come, first serve. We recommend clubs register no more than one team per division per date to limit the possibility of playing against your own club. You must process a separate registration for each competition weekend.
Cost Single Weekend – $850 per team per competition weekend, $200 non-refundable deposit required

U14 Combined & Regions 5, 6, 7
Registration only confirms your club’s interest in the event. If registration exceeds the maximum number of clubs allowed, selection will be made in accordance with our Invitation Criteria. Clubs selected will be notified within one week after the close of registration.

Region 8

Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted after the registration deadlines
A full refund will be given to any club not selected
Should unforeseen circumstances require JPH to cancel the event prior to the start date, all clubs will receive a full refund less $100 admin fee. If the event is cancelled after the start of the league, all clubs will receive a prorated refund of $400 for each cancelled competition date.

Registrations not paid in full by the stated deadline may be subject to automatic withdraw and forfeit of non-refundable deposit
