The combined U14 Division is open to all USA FH member clubs. A maximum of 20 clubs will be accepted. Should the number of registered clubs be greater by the registration deadline, selection will be based on the following:

  1. Final ranking from the most recently concluded JPOL (2021)
  2. Registration received for the U16 and/or U19 divisions in your region
  3. JPH Director’s special selection

Currently, only 6 clubs in both the U16 and U19 age divisions will be accepted per weekend, however numbers may adjust based on specific interests per event.

Registration is first come, first serve. We recommend clubs register no more than one team per division per date to limit the possibility of playing against your own club.

Only 10 clubs in both the U16 and U19 age divisions per region will be accepted. Should the number of registered Clubs in any division be greater by the registration deadline, selection will be based on the following:

  1. Clubs Domicile within the Region
  2. Top 5 Clubs from the most recently concluded JPOL (2021)
  3. Final Ranking from the most recent RCC
  4. JPH Director’s special selection(s)
  5. Final Ranking from the most recently concluded JPOL (2021)

Three weekends of play are being offered for clubs in this Region. Although it is preferred that clubs participate on all three weekends, it is our standing policy to allow clubs to choose the weekend or weekends they would like to participate.

At the end of the three weekends, a Champion will be crowned in each division based on total points earned from all three weekends. The more weekends participated, the better the chances of being crowned Champion.

The final and Championship weekend will be held at the Training Center & Virginia Beach Sportsplex, Virginia Beach. Space is limited.

Should the number of clubs registered for any of the weekends exceeds the number of clubs that can be accommodated, priority to participate on that weekend will be given based on the following criteria.

  1. Clubs that are registered for all three weekends offered in the division
  2. Clubs that are registered for two out of the three weekends offered in the division
  3. Clubs that are registered for the most divisions on that weekend
  4. Final Ranking from the most recent RCC
  5. JPH Director’s special selection(s)
  6. Final Ranking from the most recently concluded JPOL (2021)

Although JPOL is set up for the benefit of clubs within each region, JPH will entertain clubs interested in participating outside of their respective domicile region. Approval to register will be based on the following criteria:

  1. An official written request from club(s) is submitted to JPH at least 15 days prior to the registration deadline
  2. The maximum number of registered clubs has not been met in the non-domicile region by the stated deadline
  3. Requesting club(s) did not forfeit or withdraw from any JPH event in the preceding three years
  4. Requesting club(s) agreed to participate and have registered a team in the same U16/19 Division in their respective domicile region

Final selection will be based on:

  1. Availability of space in the non-domicile region
  2. Previous participation and ranked 1st – 4th in the most recent JPOL U16/19 Division of the non-domicile region
  3. Most recent JPOL ranking in U16/19 division of domicile region (1st – 2nd)
  4. JPH Director’s special selection
