All Junior Premier Hockey events are USA FH sanctioned. To provide a standardized competition structure for you and your athletes, we host several outdoor leagues throughout the spring season for most USA FH regions. These events are under the umbrella of the Junior Premier Outdoor League (JPOL) and take place in Region 1-4 (Northeast/New York), Region 5 (Pennsylvania), Region 6 (New Jersey), Region 7 (Chesapeake) and Region 8 (South) with additional events for U16 & U19 Elite and U14 Combined. NOTE: Throughout the planning process we do our best to coordinate with USAFH to avoid many, if not all, Nexus and RCC conflicts. However, with limited facility availability and the continually evolving Nexus schedule, we are unable to avoid all conflicts. As noted throughout the JPOL registration process, all registered clubs are committed to compete on all stated competition dates, so please plan accordingly.
JPH COMMITMENT OF COMPETITION
I understand that in submitting my club’s registration to any JPH event I am agreeing, on behalf of my club, that we are committed to compete on all stated competition dates; will abide by all the requirements of the current season’s JPH Rules & Regulations, associated Appendices, and Code of Conduct; and that our club, participants and coaches are all USA FH members in good standing for the duration of their event.
U16 & U19 ELITE

Cost – $2800 per team, $200 non-refundable deposit required
Opens – January 15
Closes – February 17

U19 COMBINED
REGION 8 – U14/U16/U19
If registration exceeds the maximum number of clubs allowed, selection will be made in accordance with our Invitation Criteria (see below). Selected clubs will be notified within one week after the close of registration.
Cost – $2400 per team, $200 non-refundable deposit required

Balance due – March 1*
*Registrations not paid in full by the stated deadline may be subject to automatic withdraw and forfeit of non-refundable deposit.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be granted after registration deadlines
A full refund will be given to any club not selected
Should unforeseen circumstances require JPH to cancel an event, all clubs will receive a prorated refund per cancelled competition date, less $100 admin fee.

TEAM ROSTER VERIFICATION DEADLINES
Team Rosters are due on the SUNDAY PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST COMPETITION DATE at 11:45pm via USA FH online roster verification system.
No additions or changes are permitted to Team Rosters past the roster verification deadlines for the duration of the season. Should any changes be necessary beyond the deadline, a $50 late fee will be charged prior to processing the request.
TEAM ROSTERS
Unlimited players and coaches for ALL JPH EVENTS
Players may play up two (2) age divisions
Players may play for more than one age division on any date/weekend provided they are verified on each age division’s Team Roster
Players may not play on more than one team in the same event/age division
Club Affiliation IS required for Elite, R5, R6, & U14
Club Affiliation is NOT required for R1-4, R7, & R8
College players are NOT eligible to participate
Boys are permitted to participate based on approval from other participating clubs, JPH Boys Participation Policy
All clubs, participants & coaches must be USA FH members in good standing for the entire duration of their event
MATCH LINEUPS
18 player and 2 coach maximum per match
Players & staff can be selected from your verified Team Roster (see above)
Match Lineups must be submitted via AltiusRT by 12noon the Friday preceding each competition date
Match Lineups may be adjusted up to 1 hour prior to match time
Failure to enter match lineups by Friday at 12noon will result in no individual goal stats kept for your players.
