JPH COMMITMENT OF COMPETITION
I understand that in submitting registration to JPH events I am agreeing, on behalf of my club, that we are committed to compete on all stated competition dates; will abide by all the requirements of the current season’s JPH Rules & Regulations, associated Appendices, Covid-19 Policies if published, and Code of Conduct; and that our club, participants and coaches are all USA FH members in good standing for the duration of their event.
JPIL U16/U19 Elite and U14 Division
Registration only confirms your club’s interest in the event. If registration exceeds the maximum number of clubs allowed, selection will be made in accordance with our Invitation Criteria. Clubs selected will be notified within one week after the close of registration.

JPIL Elite U16 – SOLD OUT
JPIL Elite U19 – SOLD OUT
Cost U14 Division – $1,900 per team, $200 non-refundable deposit required
Cost Elite U16 & U19 Divisions – $2,700 per team, $200 non-refundable deposit required
Opens – September 1
Closes – September 30 (U16/U19 Elite) & October 15 (U14 Division)
Balance due – December 5*
*Registrations not paid in full by the stated deadline may be subject to automatic withdraw and forfeit of non-refundable deposit
JPIT – Discontinued
Beginning in 2023, we have decided to discontinue the JPIT events. Many thanks to all those who have participated and enjoyed the event in the past few seasons! We hope you will consider our JPIL events this year.
No refunds will be granted after registration deadlines
A full refund will be given to any club not selected
Should unforeseen circumstances require JPH to cancel an event, all clubs will receive a prorated refund per cancelled competition date, less $100 admin fee.
