JPH Commitment of Competition
I understand that in submitting registration to JPH events I am agreeing, on behalf of my club, that we are committed to compete on all stated competition dates (JPIL Dates / JPOL Dates) and will abide by all the requirements of the current season’s JPH Rules & Regulations, associated Appendices, and Code of Conduct
Prior to registering, all clubs must review our COVID-19 Policies > that will be implemented for the 2021 JPOL season.
Registration Opens: February 15 (except R1-4 & R7 TBD)
Registration Closes: U14 – April 10 / R5 & R6 – March 5 / R8 – March 15
$200 non-refundable deposit required
Remaining balance due: U14 – May 1 / R5 & R6 – April 1 / R8 – April 5
Registrations not paid in full by the stated deadline may be subject to automatic withdraw and forfeit of non-refundable deposit
U19 Elite, Regions 5, 6, 7- $2200 per team per division
R3-7 U14 Division – $2200 per team
Region 1-4 – $850 per team per competition weekend
Region 8 Full Season – $2200 for three (3) competition weekends. Cost will be prorated when registration closes.
Region 8 Single weekend – $850 per team per competition weekend
No refunds will be granted after Registration Deadline
A full refund will be given to any club not accepted
*Should unforeseen circumstances require JPH to cancel the event prior to the start date (i.e. due to COVID-19), all clubs will receive a full refund less $100 admin fee. If the event is cancelled after the start of the league, all clubs will receive a pro-rated refund of $350 for each cancelled competition date.
