Online Registration

To register for a JPH event, review the links below and select the Region & Division for which you would like to register. You will be redirected to the USA FH registration platform. Follow the prompts to complete the process. You must process a separate registration for each Team/Region/Division. Registration is complete when your $100 deposit per team per event is received.

All USA FH member clubs are invited to register to any region of their choice unless the event fills, in which case priority will be given to clubs within the specified region.

2019 JPOL Event Registration Links

*For R1-4 & R8 and to register for more than one weekend, follow these instructions

  1. Click on the correct registration link above
  2. Fill out necessary information to register for one weekend
  3. After filling out the information, click on the button “Submit and Pay Later”
  4. Return to this landing page and, again, click on the correct registration link above
  5. NOTE: you must have different team names for each weekend, ie Team 1 & Team 2
  6. Once again, choose “Submit and Pay Later”
  7. You will then be redirected to the page to review your registrations
  8. Click on “Pay for Registrations”
  9. Select payment in full or pay the deposit
  10. Submit your payment
  11. Registration complete when payment in full or deposit is processed

To pay your open balance:

  1. Log into USA Field Hockey account
  2. On the right hand side in the Quick Navigation box click on “Make a Club Payment” at the bottom of the box
  3. You will be redirected to a new screen that will walk you through the process from there
