JPOL also includes one U14 division that is by invitation only. Invitations to the upcoming season of Junior Premier Outdoor League U14 Division will be sent to those clubs that have been identified based on the following criteria. No more than six (6) clubs from any one Region will be accepted to participate
- Top six U14 Clubs from the preceding season of JPOL (1st – 6th Place)
These top Clubs will receive automatic entry for the upcoming season of JPOL granted they accept the invitation by the stated deadline.
- Qualifying Clubs from the the preceding year’s U14 NCC
Clubs that qualified for the NCC will be invited and accepted based on their performance and final ranking provided we have not met the limit set per Region.
- Current USA FH U14 Ranking @ December 10
If there is still room and we have not reached the limit set in any of the listed Regions, we will accept clubs within that Region based on the current USA FH Ranking.
- Performance at the preceding season of JPOL
If there is still room and we have not meet the limit set for each Region, we will accept clubs based their final ranking of the preceding season of U14 JPOL within that Region.

- Interested Clubs
If there is still room, we will invite interested clubs of our choosing.
If your Region is interested in being a part of JPOL in the future, please contact us as soon as possible. We are already in the planning stages for expanding JPOL in the coming seasons.
USA FH sanctioned event
All USA FH member clubs per specified region are invited
U16 & U19 divisions in Regions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9/10
Twelve (12) club maximum per division per region
If more than 12 clubs enter, acceptance will be determined based on criteria established by organizing committee
U14 division combines Regions 3/4/5/6/7
One (1) team per club, per division
Round-robin with final ranking knock-out Championship
Full field 11 v 11
50 min matches (2 periods of 25 minutes)
12 matches guaranteed based on maximum participation
(4 matches guaranteed for any region running as a single weekend event instead of league format)
All matches will be played on field turf or astro turf
Team Roster – 40 player and 6 coach maximum, fixed throughout entire course of the league

Match Lineup – 18 player and 2 coach maximum selected from Team Roster
*Any team participating in only a single weekend has a Team Roster limit of 18 players and 2 coaches per weekend
Registration Period 1: Team Roster Registrations are due via USAFH online roster verification system by the Sunday prior to the first competition date.
Registration Period 2: Clubs may ADD ONLY to their Team Roster via USAFH online roster verification system which will be held mid season, exact dates vary per region. Additions will not be valid until after the close of Registration Period 2.
Match Lineups are due via AltiusRT by 12noon the Friday preceding each competition date.
All clubs, participants & coaches must be USA FH members in good standing for the duration of the league
JPIL - Club affiliation is not required
JPOL - Club affiliation is required (no guest players) except in Region 1-4 & Region 8
College players are ineligible to participate
Consideration will be given, if requested, for boys to play in the U14 Division. Prior approval will be required from participating Clubs. JPH reserves the right to limit the number of boys per match.
Athletes may play up two higher age divisions
Athletes may play in two age divisions simultaneously, assuming age eligibility
U10 is between 7-9 years old on 12/31/2017
U12 is between 10-11 years old on 12/31/2017
U14 is between 12-13 years old on 12/31/2017
U16 is between 14-15 years old on 12/31/2017
U19 is between 16-18 years old on 12/31/2017
Registration & Acceptance
01 February (15 March for R1-4) – Registration Deadline – $500 Non-refundable deposit & online registration due to be eligible for acceptance
15 February (25 March for R1-4) – Confirmation of Acceptance
15 March (01 March for R8; 01 May for R1-4) – remaining balance due
Registration Period 1 – Sunday prior to first competition date @ 11:59pm
Registration Period 2 – Mid season Date TBD
$2000 per team – Region 5, 6, 7, 9/10, U14
$800 per team per competition weekend – Region 1-4, & 8 only
